The only slight disappointment I have is that the oxblood colour is very brown, not the dark red/maroon that I was hoping for (and that it looked like on the screen). Love this stylish cut in beautiful, fine merino. Having the chance to specify my measurements worked really well as most t-shirts are too long for me. Definitely worth the money. These guys still had my tailored tee prefere... Absolutely awesome tees and service. Got my first set of Tees about 8 years ago and the merino one was my absolute fave. After much long service it finally died. These guys still had my tailored tee preferences on record and help me track them down, I modified a little and the test one was perfect first go. As I was travelling around Australia and wanted the other short sleeve tee and long sleeved tee before my travels, the guys helped arrange delivery options so I could be sure I’d get them made and shipped to the best address before I left. The three new tops and a cotton one from my first set (but especially the new ones) were my mainstay through a month in Central Asia with temperatures ranging from minus 2 to 37. Practical, versatile, easy wash and flattering.

I am very pleased with the fit of my three T shirts. I find it difficult to fully appreciate the available colours for T shirts. I ordered a Dark Loden Green T based on the colour illustrated on your emai... I am very pleased with the fit of my three T shirts. I find it difficult to fully appreciate the available colours for T shirts. I ordered a Dark Loden Green T based on the colour illustrated on your emails and web site, however the T is basically black. I can see no real hint of green in the colour. I was expecting at least a hint of green in the colour.

While I love the products, I struggled with the ordering process and outcome. I made a single order that included men’s and women’s items, which seemed to really throw a spanner in the works of the magic fit verification process. I was never sure what I’d verified and what was being manufactured and when. This needed an email exchange to sort through, but I still wasn’t clear what was going on. I was also a bit disappointed to receive a classic heavy long-sleeved crew t-shirt in black when I had ordered navy – I didn’t realise at the time because I had ordered a bunch of shirts and this one arrived on its own as the magic fit confirmation shirt. It was only weeks later when I was trying to work out which items had arrived and which ones I was still waiting for that I noticed the error. I’m not concerned about enough to actually send it back, but I’d have preferred the error didn’t happen! So, while I think the garments themselves are absolutely fantastic (and I still have a bunch of shirts I bought about 8 years ago that are still going strong) the issues with the fulfilment process mean I can only give 4/5.
