For the 300 staff at the Reef Authority, we created 17 base sizes instead of the industry standard 12 – so every single person gets a uniform that fits properly and makes them feel a million bucks.

Made-To-Measure as needed

For anyone falling outside of the extended range of standard sizes we use Magic Fit® to create made-to-measure garments on the same timelines.

Our made-to-order model means the Reef Authority doesn't have to sit on stock anymore. Whenever they need additional units, we make them with a minimum order quantity of only one piece. Working this way reduces their inventory risk to zero, freeing up precious cashflow.

100% Australian Supply Chain

Preserving sovereign capability is incredibly important to our industry as well as the country. We're proudly delivering seed to stitch Aussie made uniforms to the federal government using 100% Australian cotton, which is both knitted and dyed in Melbourne in one of the last remaining textile mills in Australia.
OUR FABRICS

Ethically Made in Sydney

We've purpose built our factory in Sydney to make uniforms on-demand. It's the fusion of old world craftsmanship with state-of-the-art laser cut manufacturing. We’re both B Corp and Ethical Clothing Australia certified, and we also voluntarily align with the Modern Slavery Act, acknowledging the importance on taking action on modern slavery within the apparel industry.
OUR FACTORY

100% circular + Zero Waste

Because we only make what they need when they need it, we've completely eliminated inventory waste at the Reef Authority. That's a great start, but it's still not enough. We're also proudly taking back their old uniforms and recycling them alongside our pre- and post-consumer waste streams to create new fabrics from which we can make their next uniforms.
OUR CIRCULARITY

Naturally plastic-free

Both our fabrics and our buttons are 100% natural and completely free of plastic. Our Corozo nut buttons are sustainably harvested from seeds that fall naturally from the Tagua Palm Tree before being carved to create a beautiful and incredibly durable button.

48% Less Carbon

Overproduction is the dirty secret at the heart of the apparel industry, creating a crisis of landfill and carbon that’s simply incompatible with solving climate change. By contrast, here at Citizen Wolf we make only what we sell and our made-to-order technology generates 48% less carbon per garment vs mass production.

Award-winning procurement

The Reef Authority were so enamoured with our uniforms that they decided to enter a federal government procurement award... and they won! The snappily-named "Encouraging Environmental Sustainability through Procurement Award" demonstrates leadership in using recycled content and embedding environmental sustainability into procurement design, delivery and management of the ongoing arrangement. Congratulations to them (and us!).

Driving positive ESG outcomes
