When we started Citizen Wolf 9 years ago in a garage in Darlinghurst, 100% of our sales were exclusively through the customers passing by our tiny combined studio and shopfront where everything was made by hand.
Back in those days, our Magic Fit® tech was nothing more than a fanciful idea, so there was no simple way to order our custom fit Tees online. This was critical for us to get data and feedback for us to develop our proprietary award winning tech.
As Citizen Wolf has grown and moved to larger and larger premises, we've kept that combined studio and shopfront (albeit with a lot more technology and staff!) as part of our heritage.
One thing that has dramatically change though, is our business. Since Magic Fit® launched, we've been able to scale our online shop so anyone can get perfect fitting clothes delivered to straight their door, from anywhere in the world.
The convenience has meant that even our Sydney based customers have preferred to shop online with us too. As a result, our retail business is now 95% online.
We still value and welcome customers to drop by to our factory and store for a tour, though frankly, the experience is not as great as it can be. Our team are often busy in the middle of production work, and the right person may not be immediately available to assist and give you the attention you deserve.
So from next Monday, 31st March 2025, the shop will be open for bookings only.
This allows us to create a better customer experience as we can make sure the right person is able to focus exclusively on you, and the rest of our team can focus on making quality clothes with fewer random interruptions throughout the day.
Bookings can be made from the bottom of our homepage, or on our factory page, for any time Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.
